Delete your MamaCare account
In the app
- On the Today screen, tap your baby's name at the top to open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Tap Confirm with Google and delete and choose the Google account you sign in with.
By email
If you can't use the app, write to privacy@prataminds.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, sign-in and notification tokens are deleted.
- If you are the only member of your family, your babies and every feed, diaper, photo and measurement logged for them are deleted too.
- If a partner is still in your family, the babies' records stay with them, without your name attached.
Deleted data is removed from our live database straight away and from backups within 30 days. See the privacy policy for details.
